One of the most frequent expensive matters encountered by ASP's are the costs incurred as a result of delays or cancellation of outages caused entirely due to action or inaction of a Designated Network Service Provider (DNSP).

In order for NECA to address this, we require a log of the incidence of such events. Completed forms can be emailed of faxed to NECA.
