Training Courses
NECA's objective is to provide cost-effective training programs that are relevant to the industry. As a result NECA provides training in a wide range of areas to ensure the skills and awareness levels within the industry are not only maintained, but also enhanced.
Training courses are nationally accredited and delivered by a select network of Registered Training Providers (RTOs). NECA specific training, including NECASafe OH&S Management System; Principles of Contract and Project Administration and EcoSmart Electricians are provided by recognised industry specialists. Training encompasses the following areas: Accredited Service Provider - Levels 1 & 2; Business Skills; First Aid; Installations; Occupational Health and Safety; Telecommunications; and Grid Connect Photovoltaic (solar) Systems. NECA have negotiated with our training providers to enable NECA members receive discounts on training.
The availability of training in our industry is varied. If there is an area of training you would like included or sourced on your behalf, please contact NECA. This is especially applicable to our regional members. Most of our courses can be arranged in your local area, so if you have a specific training need NECA can assist with the planning and promotion of a course to get it off the ground.

Cancellation
Programs may be cancelled due to low registrations.
Due notice will be provided to participants offering a transfer to another or like program. If there is no other program being offered in that period, a full refund of the fees will apply.
Refunds
NECA Training will offer refunds for payment of training courses if a participant withdraws under the following conditions;
- Full refund up to 14 days prior to course commencement
- 50% refund 7-14 days prior to course commencement
- No refund for cancellation under 7 days
