NECA to comment on draft model WHS Regulations

The draft national Model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Regulations and Priority Codes public review documents are now available and Safe Work Australia (SWA) is asking for your feedback.
From 1 January 2012 these documents will prescribe safe work practices for many work activities and your opinion is being sought in order to ensure a safe and pragmatic outcome.
All information is available for download from the SWA website, or you can find the extract electrical regulation below. Draft Electrical Codes will be released later in 2011.
