Uniform Guidance Notes for House Builders

The guidance notes provide practical guidance for small builders and contractors to demonstrate "what compliance looks like" in the mind of the regulator in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland and cover:

• Site Supervision,
• Site Security, and
• Site Amenities

This harmonised approach allows for consistent planning and job organisation for those that work in border regions or travel interstate for housing work.

Copies of the three guidance notes are accessible on the WorkCover website but can be difficult to find.
